15. Thai Basil Stir-fry
Stir-fried your choice of meat with fresh basil leaves in
a pepper and garlic sauce with bell pepper, carrot, onion, snow pea, zucchini, and baby corn.
 
     
16. Swimming Rama
Stir-fried your choice of meat on the bed of steamed spinach.
Topped with peanut sauce.
 
     
17. Sweet and Sour
Stir-fried your choice of meat with pineapple, bell pepper,
tomato, celery, onion, cucumber, carrot, and snow pea in sweet and sour sauce.
 
     
18. Oyster Sauce Stir-fry
Stir-fried your choice of meat with onion, broccoli, carrot, and oyster sauce.
 
     
19. Ginger Garden
Stir-fried your choice of meat with fresh ginger, carrot, onion,
baby corn, napa cabbage, snow pea, and zucchini.
   
     
20. Garlic Delight
Stir-fried your choice of meat with garlic, black and white pepper on steamed broccoli, and carrot.

Stir-fried your choice of meat with green bean, carrot, and curry paste.
   
     
22. Cashew Nut Stir-Fry
Stir-fried your choice of meat with mildly brown sauce,
cabbage, bell pepper, onion, carrot, celery, and cashew nut.

Stir-fried marinated tender beef with light soy sauce. Served with broccoli, snow pea, baby corn, carrot, and sesame seed.
